Maybankard Visa Debit

hi, i just appled this debit card by last month. then i 1st used to pay hotel when i was in Kota Bharu, kelantan. In kelantan i stay in a Hotel call Crystal Lodge. the very interest problem is when i check in , the hotel will do the verification to the debit card and charged RM 150 as deposist.
Because that is my 1st time use tis card so i dont know this charged. then when i check out , the hotel charged for the actual price of the hotel depend the duration i stay.

after i came back KL, i was identified my account lost RM 150. then i went asked the Maybank, they said must waiting for 5 to 6 days just can get the refund. but after 1 week , i still havent received the refund, then i went asked Maybank agains. Tis time she tell me waiting for 14 working day.
so that tis is the problem of the Maybankard Visa Debit. let me think tis card is insecure, and tis is unfair tothe consumers.
until now i still no received the refund and i oso not dare the withdraw or deposist any money inside the account. I oso don know still can use tis card to purchase things.

maybank oso said tat if we use tis card in the pump petrol machine , oso will charge RM 150 1st whatever how much u pump. Tis is no fair la. then if our account don have extra RM150, then we cant use tis card to pay already???!!!

the others thing is when the hotel charge me RM 150, i didnt sign anything, when i no sign still can get the money for my account???

don know i need to wait until when just can get back the fund. hopefully can get the refund as soon as possible, and i not dare to use tis card to pay hotel already, is better use cash.

Finally i hope maybank should improve it system to convenient the consumers who using tis debit card.
